HTML report improvements

- print format - 'column width' is honored (using some strange calculation)
- print format - 'one line only' honored if set
- text is aligned to top of line (see last line above)
- same font used as in the rest of the page
- column labels right aligned if number column.
- if 'Table' and 'record id' column is displayed it displays as the spyglass and clicking it opens the document without having to go via the accounting fact ... demos much better).
