The default window size for any window can be set using the Window Size function.

Icon: Icon WinSize24.png
Menu: →Set Window Size }}{{#if: | → }}{{#if: | → }}
Short Cut: none

  • The ability to set the window size is only available to users with System Administration privileges.

When a window other than the main panel is opened, the Icon WinSize24.png icon and menu item will be enabled. Selecting the menu item will open the following dialog.

The dialog has the standard File menu and a Cancel and Confirm button pair. The dialog displays the size of the window that will be set if the confirm button is pressed.

If the Cancel button is pressed, the current size of the window will be ignored, any other size settings will be deleted and the window will be reset to fit the preferred size and layouts of its subcomponents.

To use the function, log in as a system administrator (Super User) and open the window of interest. Set the window size on the screen as desired and select Tools{{#if: Set Window Size | →Set Window Size }}{{#if: | → }}{{#if: | → }}. When the dialog appears, click the confirm button. Repeat for other windows.
