The Client

The customer lets commercial property to businesses. They have a number of sites and their requires are to:

  • track potential customers through to contract,
  • manage incoming and outgoing customer
  • have recurring billing under the license agreement
  • have ad-hoc charges for internal services such as telephones, mail box services, using meeting rooms etc

The Project Challenges

This project posed a number of challenges including:

  • each site is a legal entity however there is a shared service centre that support centralised purchasing - how can we minimise the administration for each of the group companies
