- Integration with telephone billing system - integration work to be done by a third party who will make call duration records (cdr's) available in a summarised and rated form for import in to invoices.

The Client
The customer lets commercial property to businesses. They have a number of sites and their requires are to:
- track potential customers through to contract,
- manage incoming and outgoing customer
- have recurring billing under the license agreement
- have ad-hoc charges for internal services such as telephones, mail box services, using meeting rooms etc

The Project Challenges
This project posed a number of challenges including:
- each site is a legal entity however there is a shared service centre that support centralised purchasing - how can we minimise the administration for each of the group companies
