Want to know me better?
First, as you can see, I'm a Christian, a God fearing person. My Lord and Savior is Jesus Christ the son of God. If you have something against Christians, please don't start asking any question/s that will lead to an argument or something like that, it's not healty :). If you have questions about the website or anything that you think I can be of help, then I would gladly answer it ;D. Adempiere Libero: BOM
Setting up BOM
- I made this after Muthah guided me (thanks to him) :)
- First log in as System
- Go to Window, Tab, and Field
- Search for Product window
- Go to Tab and select the first tab
- Go to Field Tab
- Look for Bill of Material Field
- Uncheck the Read Only checkbox
- Save and Log out
- Log in as GardenAdmin
*up until now, no one has explained to me fully why the BOM checkbox is disabled by default >_<
BOM Product: Create a New Product
- Create a new product for BOM (or you can use an existing product)
- Fill up the needed field for the product, including the one in the Price Tab
- Check the Bill of Material checkbox
- Click Save
- Go to Manufacturing Management → Engineering Management → Bill of Materials and Formula → Bill of Materials and Formula
- Click New
- Search for the Product you've just created for BOM
- Select that product
- Click New under “Component of the BOM and Formula”
You can add the formulas and components for the product you've selected under this section
- Click save if done
- Go back to Product window
- Click on Verify BOM
- After click the Verify BOM button the checkbox verified should be checked
- And you're done!
