Thanks to Carlos Ruiz who has started the ball rolling with this elaborate index for the eventual User Manual. He also sugessted a category split of User Manual and Technical Info. Calling for any template that is suitable from you people of the Bazaar.

How to generate
I found this manual is made with 'script'. But, could not find any one. Please let me know the place that I can find the script to generate the Manual, and how to generate also. Thanks.
