When I want to import es_ES packages for Spain, I can't find the es_ES package to import. Later, I have to convert es_CO package to es_ES package by myself. And the result is File:Es ES.tar.gz
Now, I see there is a new localization, here: http://adempiere.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/adempiere/contributions/Localizations/Espa%C3%B1a/
I compared the two package, they are same on the whole.
If you want to import es_ES package for Spain, the two packages are ok, I think.
