Request for Quotation (RfQ)

ADempiere will allow users to manage a Request for Quotation process where a number of vendors/suppliers are subscribed to a particular RfQ and their responses are ranked to select the winning bid. The RfQ process is managed with the following windows:

• ManPageW_RfQTopic - Defines an RfQ process that may repeat and to which a number of suppliers subscribe
• ManPageW_RfQ - Details about a particular RfQ including the type of responses required, which products are to be quoted and in what quantities
• ManPageW_RfQResponse - Responses to particular RfQs.

Invitations to vendors to participate in the RfQ can be sent by e-mail.
