Print Format Copy - Functional Specifications

Overview

This improvement simplifies creating a copy of a print format. With (say) a "Sales Order" displayed print preview mode using a Print Format named "My Sales Order", hit the Print Format dropdown (used to select and alternative print format)and select 'copy' at the bottom of the list. A new print format called "My Sales Order-1" will be created and displayed.

If there is an embedded print like "Order Line" then a copy of that print format will also be created as "Order Line -1" and included in the new "My Sales Order-1" print format as the included print format.
