Role	Responsibility Role	The Role determines security and access a user who has this Role will have in the System.	AD_Role_ID TableDir

Client	Client/Tenant for this installation.	A Client is a company or a legal entity. You cannot share data between Clients. Tenant is a synonym for Client.	AD_Client_ID TableDir
Organization	Organizational entity within client	An organization is a unit of your client or legal entity - examples are store, department. You can share data between organizations.	AD_Org_ID TableDir

Contributions

• First Role in this form is the "copy-from"
• Second Role is the "copy-to"

• • Perhaps needless to say, but: the New Role (copy-to) needs to exist already (Create it in the Role menu item).
  • Be sure that all of the first tab (Role tab) options in the Role menu are the same, otherwise some of the tabs below (eg. form access, workflow access) will not copy properly from the original.
  • The Org access and User assignment do not get copied.

• Role Data Access entries do not appear to get copied??
