• Minutes of Meetings are to be written on the following Monday latest and published on the wiki page until Monday evening.
• Creation of a seperate page for communication guidelines to give more detailed examples to explain the Community_Governance

and add a link to the communication guidelines to the wiki front page.

• ADempiere360 sourceforge project
  • It is ok to fork.
• There is a lack of an ADempiere project management group.
  • The CC team got a request from the brazilian ADempiere localization team to use the forum trackers and to integrate their project into the main ADempiere project.
  • Similar requests came from developers of a japanese localization.
  • Until then the CC team will try to answer the requests - not a CC team but as ADempiere citizens
