johnniepop: I hope the initial creation of the keystore is clear enough already. The underlying mechanism is out of the scope of this HowTo anyway.

I'd recommend such pages to be a directory referring to pages describing the specific versions. This way one could create a new page for a new version of the distribution and then insert the reference here. This way all the old doc could remain intact, there is no need of extra work on it, is signed "automatically" as being "old, outdated" and the directory page provides the structural access.
