Summary
This feature will enable ADempiere to process incoming email messages and transform them into Requests.

Requirements
- Define a POP(or imap ?) email account that will be parsed by ADempiere
- Create in ADempiere new Request from incoming email according to processing rules
- Append message to existing Request when Request case ID is available in email Subject
- Create ADempiere email alerts with Request case ID in email subject
- Manage spams
Future :
- define multiple email accounts with specific processing rules
- provide web access to Request and enable replies and follow-up directly from web
- create workflow templates for processing Requests (escalation, reminders, reassignment)
(We currently use Mantis for Request tracking. Having similar features in ADempiere would be great...)
