生产管理作业简介

Libero 生产管理作业 是指基于指定的物料清单(BOM& 配方)、生产资源、工艺路线(如何生产)和配送方式(配送到哪里)来生产新产品。

1) 首先, 我们必须告诉系统如何生产产品.

产品将被生产时, 物料清单 告诉我们使用什么物料, 工艺路线 告诉我们如何使用 生产资源 来生产什么产品 .
产品计划数据 是产品和所有 (BOM, 工艺路线, 资源) 之间的关联，在 Setup Data 设置数据中统一定义，例如，订单策略、订单期限、最低订单数量等等

2) 如何生产一个产品 的关系被定义好后，我们可以开始生产作业

如果没有计划和销售订单, 我们可以直接使用 Manufacturing Order 生产订单 开始生产作业 (当然是使用以上的数据). 我们然后运行 Component Check Process 子件检查作业 来验证，并使用 Print and Release Order process 打印和下达订单作业 来打印出给现场用户的清单。一旦完成这些作业，仓库可以使用Order Receipt & Issue 订单入库 & 发料 将产成品入库(当然，同时减少原料的库存).

如果有demand forecast 需求预测 或 pre-order 销售订单，我们可以使用 MRP 来帮助我们判断生产什么、何时生产、在哪里生产、如何生产和生产多少

业务案例: 化工业(生产过程)

The Management of Garden World evaluated the possibility of getting a profitable increase by manufacturing the fertilizer and took a decision to open a new manufacturing plant to produce the fertilizer which previously Garden World only purchased and sold.

So the engineering department designs two bills of materials to produce the Fertilizer in 50 and 70 kg packages and also a formula used for gross production of the fertilizer. The Lawn Fertilizer 草地肥料 uses following raw materials:

Phosphorus 磷 17%
Nitrogen 氮 17%
Potassium 钾17%
Water 水 49%

第二步: 定义生产作业需要使用的工艺路线和资源

生产资源

定义 Plant 车间 ( Manufacturing Resource Type 生产资源类型 = Plant 车间) that govern the entire production process.
- Fertilizer Plant 化肥车间 with Planning Horizon = 120
定义Resources 资源' (Manufacturing Resource Type 生产资源类型 = Work Center 工作中心) that will be used in Production Process (Manufacturing Workflow).
- Mixed Area 混合区域
- Inspection Area 检验区域
- Packing Production Line 打包生产线
