Meeting Minutes

• Agenda will always include review of last meeting actions for follow up
• For the time being no action was considered necessary for managing automatic emails from deleted posts. CC reserves the right to revisit it if this becomes an issue
• CC team members will coordinate internally to assure just one member is taking action on forum posting
• CC team will make a call for volunteers to form a wiki team to help the CC team on enforcing the rule of conduct there
• Escalation on wiki actions/entries will be managed by the CC team
• SourceForge tracker entries will be monitored and actioned on following the same rules/guidelines currently applied to SF forums
• The following extensions to the current CC Guidelines have been approved

- avoid demanding contributions or cooperation from others

- avoid blaming anybody for not contributing or cooperating

- these are not intended to exclude kindly inviting anybody to contribute and/or cooperate

• The following extension to the current Code of Conduct has been approved

- (needs to be revised and explained in more detail. Please refer to [1]) "meritocracy" should not be an argument when deciding on any subject, but community rules and objectivization of the matter in discussion
